Yes, Krav Maga is the perfect self defence system for women in Sydney’s Inner West. In Israel, women are conscripted for 2 years into the IDF (Israeli Defence Force) at age 18. Krav Maga was developed to ensure that this fighting system would work for 18 year old women on patrol in highly volatile environments.
