Personal Training with Urban Kombat gives you the flexibility to train when you want, and quantify your progress.

We offer personal training for pure fitness, as well as private training in Krav Maga.

You get focussed attention as you perfect dynamic movement patterns for strength and endurance that help you develop self defence skills, lose weight, get fit and tone up – all in privacy and at a time that suits you.

Private personalised training provides you with detailed attention to technique for either Krav Maga, TACFIT or Kombat Fit conditioning, as well as:

Goal setting with measurable outcomes

Fitness evaluations

Regular coaching calls

Private Facebook group access to unique Kombat and fitness information

Unlimited email access to your trainers

Accountability to ensure your progress
